Outside of our quick ship delivery areas delivery is still free except in some remote areas of Australia. In these areas you will receive your delivery in 2-5 business days

A: On any bed base that has adequate ventilation and support. Our mattress is Ideal for slatted beds as long as the slats are no more than 7.5 cm apart. We do not recommend to use the mattress directly on the floor.

I bought my mattress from a friend. Is it still covered by warranty?

No, unfortunately our warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and isn't transferable.

How does the 100-night trial work?

The 100-night trial is included for free when you buy any EvokeBedz product. Simply buy it, try it for up to 100 nights. If you don't love it, ship it back for a full refund. In most areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide we'll even pick it up for free.

What is EvokeBedz return policy?

We offer a 100-night trial period. If you’re not sold by night 100, you can return your product, even if you’ve used it. You will get a full refund.

The return shipping is covered in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, and we'll pick your return up for free. Outside of these areas return shipping isn't covered. We'll get you to ship the product back to our nearest returns depot (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth).

Purchases made during a promotion with a value attached will be refunded in full, less the value of promotion.

How do I return something?

All of our returned mattresses are either recycled, or donated to those in need through our charity partners.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.

I bought my mattress from my friend. Can I return it for a refund?

When will i recieve my delivery?

If you're in one of our quick-ship delivery areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra Newcastle, Wollongong and Gosford) and order before 2pm on any weekday we can deliver your order the following day. Weekday evening and Saturday morning deliveries are also available.

Outside of our quick-ship delivery areas you will receive your delivery in 1-5 business days and we’ll send a text message on the day it is due to arrive so you know it’s coming.

How do I recycle the packaging?

Cardboard boxes can be recycled in your kerbside cardboard and paper bin.

Some councils will allow “LDPE 4” in your regular plastic recycling. If yours doesn’t, you can recycle the soft plastic at any REDcycle collection point (found at most Coles and Woolies stores).

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP). This helps us to learn about your browser and operating system.

When purchasing from EvokeBedz, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac PayWay. Card data is not hosted by EvokeBedz after processing.

Returns

Within 100 days of purchase if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your EvokeBedz let us know and we'll arrange for your mattress to be picked up and your total payment to EvokeBedz will be refunded.

Please note customers outside the delivery areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong and Gosford are still eligible for a full refund upon the return to our closest warehouse in one of these cities from their location. Transportation is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer and have been sleeping on your mattress for 30 days before you can initiate the return. This will ensure your body has time to adjust to your new mattress. If you did not purchase your mattress you are not eligible for a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If EvokeBedz is to collect your mattress for return, you must be available at the scheduled pick up time.

The 100 night trial offer applies to the mattress or pillow you have purchased with the offer from EvokeBedz and cannot be transferred to another mattress to pillow.

You are not eligible for a return or refund if you have ordered the wrong size product, wish to change the size, upgrade or downgrade.

If you use the mattress for its intended use and return it without damage or stains you will be eligible for a return or refund. If the mattress has been damaged or stained to the extent that our charity partners refuse it, you will not be granted a return or refund. Please note that all mattresses and pillows must be carefully wrapped in plastic to ensure that the product does not get damaged or soiled during transport. If mattresses or pillows are returned unwrapped then your refund will be null and void.

 

Refunds

We will provide you with a refund once we have received the mattress back at one of our warehouses or associated charities. The refund will be credited to the card or account that you used to make your EvokeBedz purchase. If you made your purchase via interest-free finance, the finance company may charge you extra fees.

 

Important for rural customers

The 100 night trial applies to rural customers outside metro locations of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong and Gosford. However, rural customers must arrange freight to their closed EvokeBedz’ warehouse. Transportation is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

 

Delivery

In purchasing this product you agree to accept delivery of the product. If you are not able to accept delivery you must advise EvokeBedz before a delivery is attempted.

Any and all failed delivery attempts Australia wide made by a courier will be recharged to the purchaser at full price.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before delivery to ensure you are able to accept the product.
